Worth the wait

After months of trying to get a website up and running I have finally done it.

For the last 2 years it has been a vision of mine to not only have a web site but a blog - a place where I can put "virtual pen to paper" thoughts and ideas.

I am very passionate when it comes to food, good coffee and good health. Its here that I hope to share recipes, coffee haunts, and all things Oily... after all I love my oils and each day is a day that I use the Gifts Of The Earth.

I am a mother of 3 darling children, 2 with special needs which in later post Im happy to share our journeys as a family and on their road to supporting their needs.

I love to cook and my obsession is to collect cookbooks - so be sure to see lots of reviews.

So until next write - even this small post has made my day as it has been days and days in the making...
